Producing digital negatives to create amazing alternative prints requires more than just punching the print button.
Are you ready to make custom handmade prints like cyanotype, salted paper, platinum/palladium, gum bichromate, or carbon transfer? Or maybe your current alternative prints are coming up less dramatic than you think they should?
We’ll spend the day working hands on to create process-specific calibrated digital negatives. Determine standard exposure time, optimum UV blocking colors, and how to create a full tonal scale.
You’ll go home with the tools to make better negatives which means better prints.
